Heriz rug and history :

The city of Heriz is Northwest near Tabriz. The pattern has a right angle medallion in the center surrounded by large corners. Material is mainly rough yarn or cotton wrap with rustic design colors.

The Heriz is very durable due to the usage of high-quality wool and rough yarn. They would handle high traffic areas of hallways and living or dining rooms. Their famous brands are Georavan and Mehravan.
